Comfortable beds and climate control in the room

Excellent location close to various attractions like caves, rainbow falls, and Akaka Falls in Hilo. Very nice and large breakfast offered at the resort

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the staff at check-in are friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfy. The room was a decent size and brand-new with a great view. The location was marvelous. The area is very relaxing. It is a short walk to Green Sand beaches, a casual restaurant, and shopping areas like Walmart, a bowling alley, and a movie theater.

This place was amazing - it had that charming old feel and was squeaky clean. The ocean view was a nice bonus 🌊. The staff here were quick to help out, especially during check-in. Our triple room had everything we could possibly need, making our stay super comfortable.

The restaurant here serves great food and a variety of items, we enjoyed our simple meal choices, and the location is beautiful, just a 5-minute walk from Keauhou Bay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on Hawai'i's west coast. The ocean views were breathtaking, and the location was perfect for exploring the island. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was highly commendable. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Generally everything was excellent with the exceptions below.

The following facilities were in need of replacement: pool tables, some pool furniture, the thatch on shade structures. If the Sheraton asks for comments I will repeat these comments to them.

I love the bed and comforter. The swimming pool is awesome.

The condition of the room is overprice. Maybe get renovation for all the guest room and update everthing to make it's worth $260 a night. If it's more reasonable I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel had great facilities, including a lovely swimming pool and a small supermarket onsite, which came in handy for early breakfasts before our tours. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the ocean and stunning sunsets from our balcony. We could even watch the manta rays at night right from our room. The hotel was only a short walk away from Keauhou Bay, where we could join snorkel tours and other activities. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and helpful staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

Can't fault the property in any way.

I had booked what was ostensibly an ocean view room. Clearly Sheraton,s definitin of Ocean view encompasses a very distant or ven a artial view. It would have been far more appropriate if the description correctly reflected the reality.

Gorgeous sunset view from the beautiful pool area. Spacious and air conditioned rooms with high ceilings.-Key location close to daytime snorkel tours and night time activities.-Add one more advantage that you enjoyed.

Room smelled like cigarettes. WiFi wasn't working properly.

The beds were comfortable. The Keauhou district is worth exploring. It was great to have a pool. Everything met my expectations.

Great location and friendly staff. Pools were great for the kids.

The tennis courts were terrible. Middle court was unplayable as so cracked at back you may have broken a leg or tripped easily due to uneven surface. End court was ok, but could not play hard tennis as still cracks at corners of court. Someone is bound to have a serious accident on these courts soon unless they are refurbished or closed.
